Location: LonavalaPrimary Purpose
Is responsible for make the guest feel at home by extending a warm welcome, assisting the guests to sit and later give them a warm send off. To assist in all ways to provide the highest degree of guest satisfaction.Major skills and accountabilities of position (4-6 major accountabilities)
1. Should have good communication skills (Oral and Written) and positive attitude.
2. Should be committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
3. Excellent grooming standards and flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
4. Should have ability to work on own or in teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
2. Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
3. Should follow correct reporting procedures in case of any service issues.
4. Should follow grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
5. Should take all incoming calls courteously and promptly, taking messages and passing them on to the appropriate person without delay.
6. Should have good knowledge of the restaurant's sitting arrangements.
7. Comply with resorts Standard Operating Procedures.Experience and qualifications required for the job: Should be a Hotel Management Graduate or Culinary school diploma or related field with experience of minimum 1-2 years.Minimum Qualification: Should be a Hotel Management Graduate or Culinary school diploma or related fieldMinimum Job Experience: Experience of minimum 1-2 yearsReporting to: F&B HeadTravel: NA
