:Job Summary:
The F&B Executive will oversee the daily operations of the Japanese restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service and quality standards. The role involves managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and maximizing revenue through efficient operations and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Service Excellence:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Japanese restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality aligns with the restaurant's premium standards.
  • Maintain authentic Japanese dining etiquette and service protocols.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service staff.
  • Monitor food and beverage stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishments.
Guest Experience & Satisfaction:
  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an inviting ambiance that aligns with Japanese hospitality traditions.
  • Educate staff on Japanese cuisine, beverages (including sake and Japanese whiskey), and dining culture.
Team Management & Training:
  • Supervise and guide service staff, ensuring proper grooming, etiquette, and service techniques.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on Japanese cuisine, menu knowledge, and service standards.
  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Upsell premium menu items, beverages, and special dining experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions, seasonal menu offerings, and special events.
  • Monitor restaurant revenue, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
Compliance & Hygiene:
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and bar areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold operational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Service, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role within a fine-dining or Japanese restaurant.
  • Skills:
o Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and dining culture.
o Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
o Leadership and team management abilities.
o Sales-driven with a keen focus on revenue growth.
o Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
