Responsibilities:

Pizza Preparation:

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings with precision and consistency.
Expertly stretch and shape pizza dough to achieve the desired thickness and texture.
Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings in an aesthetically pleasing and balanced manner.
Oven Operation:

Monitor and manage pizza oven temperatures to ensure optimal cooking results.
Rotate and maneuver pizzas in the oven for even cooking and desirable crust characteristics.
Keep a keen eye on cooking times to deliver consistently perfect pizzas.
Quality Control:

Uphold high standards for ingredient quality, freshness, and overall pizza presentation.
Conduct regular quality checks on pizza components to maintain consistency.
Recipe Innovation:

Contribute creative ideas for new pizza flavors and styles to enhance the menu.
Collaborate with the culinary team to test and refine new pizza recipes.
Kitchen Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in inventory management, ensuring an ample supply of pizza ingredients.
Customer Service:

Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Address customer inquiries and special requests related to pizza preparation.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience as a Pizza Maker or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Familiarity with various pizza styles and the ability to adapt to specific customer preferences.
Skills:

Exceptional hand-eye coordination for dough stretching and shaping.
Strong knowledge of pizza cooking techniques and optimal oven operation.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Creativity:

Demonstrated creativity in developing unique and appealing pizza recipes.
Team Player:

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
Flexibility:

Willingness to adapt to changing menus and customer preferences.

Minimum Qualification: Culinary degree or relevant certification

Minimum Job Experience: 3-4 Years
