Roles & Responsibility
Personalized Guest Experience: Provide highly personalized food and beverage services, anticipating and fulfilling guests' individual preferences.
Table Setup and Presentation: Arrange and maintain dining areas with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring tables are elegantly set and the ambiance is inviting.
Food and Beverage Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to offer informed recommendations.
Exceptional Guest Interaction: Engage guests with warmth and professionalism, handling inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and courteously .
Serving Etiquette and Protocol: Uphold the highest standards of formal dining etiquette, including proper table service, wine presentation, and adherence to cultural dining customs.
Coordination and Communication: Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders .
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of wines, spirits, and other supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies .
Event Support: Assist in organizing and catering special events, private parties, and functions, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction.
Training and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall service quality of the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
