Eye Counsellor
Job Description
Urgently required an experienced counsellor for a reputed eye hospital in Patiala. Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in counselling eye patients with a eye hospital.
Location: Patiala and Chandigarh
Candidate should have good communication skills, ethics, should be a team worker with good inter personal relationship skills. Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi and English required. Knowledge of Basic computers.
JD: To discuss in detail about the advised surgical Procedures, guiding patient about advantages of different techniques wrt different specialties viz. Cataract, LASIKs, Retina etc. Have thorough understanding about the types of lenses, LASIK surgeries, TPA & Insurances, Consents and relevant documentation. To work as a SPOC for all Surgical patients working in close sync with the Consultants, OT, Billing, Optoms, TPA desk ensuring seamless patient journey.
Salary no bar for a good candidate.
