- Lead the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Define system architecture, components, and integrations based on client requirements.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow best practices and design standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform upgrades and certifications.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on GRC processes.
- Implement GRC modules and functionalities based on client specifications.
- Collaborate with GRC teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and maintenance of ServiceNow GRC applications.
- Provide technical support and training to users on ServiceNow GRC features.
- Stay informed about GRC regulations and compliance requirements.
