Location: Vijayawada

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Extruder Operator with a strong background in PVC extrusion to join our new PVC pipe factory. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the industry, with a focus on PVC conduit extrusion and machine operation.

• Operate and manage PVC extrusion machinery, including conduit extrusion and downstream equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the PVC extrusion process.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of extrusion components, including dies and sizers.
• Operate auto socketing machines effectively.
• Perform basic maintenance and utilities management related to extrusion processes.
• Demonstrate product knowledge specific to PVC electrical conduits.
• Supervise and manage labor effectively to ensure productivity and quality.
• Document processes accurately by reading and writing process log sheets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in PVC extrusion.
• In-depth knowledge of PVC conduit extrusion machines and processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in extrusion operations.
• Basic maintenance knowledge of extrusion utilities.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate labor effectively.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English is essential.
