Position: Extruder Operator
Location: Mudinepalli, Eluru Dist.
Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Industry Experience: Must have experience in the feeds industry.

We are looking for an experienced Extruder Operator to join our dynamic team at our feed plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining extruder machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality feed products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate extruder machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired product specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of extruder equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and production schedules.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document production data and report any issues to the Shift Incharge.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Extruder Operator in the feeds industry.
• Strong understanding of extrusion processes and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
