Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate

extrusion machines

for silicone tube production Load silicone materials into the extruder and monitor the extrusion process Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, pressure) to maintain product specifications Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) Identify and troubleshoot any process issues or material inconsistencies Clean and maintain extrusion equipment, dies, and tools Document production data, shift logs, and quality reports accurately Adhere to safety protocols, especially when handling high-temperature machinery and materials Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as needed Ensure that all products meet the required dimensional and surface finish standards

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Extruder Operator, preferably in

silicone tube manufacturing

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Processing, or related field preferred Strong understanding of extrusion principles, material flow, and die design Experience working in a

cleanroom or controlled environment
