Customer Service and Passenger Handling:
 
Oversee the provision of excellent customer service to passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation.
Ensure that ground staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in their interactions with passengers.
Address passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Implement measures to enhance the passenger experience and promote customer satisfaction.
Safety and Security Compliance:
Age - 18 to  35 years
Education - 10 th / 12th or Graduation from a recognized university , Well groomed
Fresher or experienced applicant can apply

Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and procedures, including those related to baggage screening, passenger screening, and aircraft loading.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards or safety issues.
Implement measures to mitigate risks and promote a culture of safety among ground staff.
Equipment and Resource Management:
 
Maintain and manage ground handling equipment, vehicles, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
Monitor equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness.
Manage inventory levels of supplies, materials, and equipment to support ground handling operations.
 
Monitor expenses, analyze financial performance, and implement measures to control costs and optimize profitability.
