Join us as an External Supply and Manufacturing (ESM) Artwork Manager, a key member of the ESM Supply Optimisation Leadership Team (SOLT). This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of Packaging Coordinators based in Chennai and Guadalajara, working with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) supplying our Finished Packs to end markets. As the Artwork Manager, you will ensure that our team operates according to robust processes, in line with compliance requirements (GMP and financial), and that our CMOs align with traceability legislation.Accountabilities:
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with other SOLT members who are globally based, taking an active part in driving the development of the ESM Supply Optimisation Function. You will lead initiatives, resolve issues for ESM artwork and traceability, and represent ESM in any Artwork audits/Internal and External inspection.Essential Skills/Experience:
- Line management of the team including performance management, coaching and support
- Ensuring that the team has the capability and flexibility to support the business
- Maintain, develop and apply Artwork and Traceability processes in line with AZ global business processes
- Act as a demand interface between Supply Optimisation and teams requiring artwork support
- Responsible for completion of traceability impact assessments for ESM and initiate projects according to requirement
- Create a lean culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance
- Active contribution to the development of ESM Supply Optimisation direction and delivery of team projects and plans
- Undertake issues resolution for ESM artwork and traceability, drive and support timely issue resolution working across multiple teams and ensuring root causes are effectively addressed.- Understanding of E2E supply chain principles
- Familiarity with lean tools
- Experience in supply chain planning
