Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations.
Should have in-depth knowledge of food products exports.
Minimum 5 years of exports knowledge.
Negotiate with buyers on quantity and price.
Should have good communication skills and should be presentable.
Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin & invoices etc.
Commercial agreements, arrange transportation of goods.
Negotiate Freight rates, taxes and payment terms.
Arrange meetings with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase export sales.
Prepare and submit Monthly statistical reports on Dispatches
Co-ordinate with organization back end team and work collectively to meet set target.
