Job Description

Proactively identify and target new international clients and markets. Generate new business opportunities to expand the company's export sales. Focus on acquiring orders and building long-term relationships with clients. Actively seek out export orders by engaging with overseas customers, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Develop strategies to approach potential clients and increase sales volume. Research and identify untapped global markets with high potential for company products. Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade events. Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers to secure repeat business. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions to close sales with international clients. Finalize export contracts and agreements while ensuring profitable margins for the company. Ensure timely processing of export documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customs paperwork. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth execution of orders and adherence to export regulations. Meet and exceed monthly and annual export sales targets. Regularly report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market conditions to management. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align export sales efforts. Share market insights and feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Provide support to clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Resolve any post-sale issues related to shipment, delivery, or product quality. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the export market. Adjust sales strategies based on insights gained from the market and competitors.
