Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Export Sales Representative to help drive our global sales growth. If you have a passion for international business and are looking to be part of a thriving team, we encourage you to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Business Development: Conduct thorough research to identify potential export markets for ropes, and related products.

2. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential international clients, including wholesalers, distributors, and retail chains.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales and revenue generation in international markets by negotiating contracts and finalizing deals.

4. Pricing and Negotiation: Negotiate terms of contracts, payment schedules, and delivery timelines with overseas clients.

5. Export Documentation and Compliance: Handle export documentation, including letters of credit, customs paperwork, and shipping documents.

6. Order Management and Coordination: Manage the full order cycle from the receipt of the export order to shipment and delivery.

7. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to international customers.

8. Customer Support and After-Sales Service: Provide post-sales support to international clients by resolving issues related to product quality, delivery, or payment.

9. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on export sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications Needed:

? Education:

? A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

? A master's degree in International Business, International Trade, or Marketing (preferred).

? Certifications: Certifications in Export Management, International Trade, or Sales (e.g., Export-Import Management Certification, or similar).

Skills Required:

1. International Sales and Negotiation Skills

2. Product Knowledge and Market Understanding

3. Export Documentation and Logistics

Work Experience Required:

? Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience, with direct involvement in export sales of similar products (ropes, tiles) or in related industries.

Salary Range: ?45,000 - ?50,000/month
