: Shrimp Exports Sales Executive Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive our shrimp export business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the seafood industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Development: Identify and develop new export markets for shrimp products. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and wholesalers. 3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. 4. Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of shrimp products, industry trends, and market demands. 5. Negotiation:Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients. 6. Reporting:Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. 7. Compliance:Ensure all export activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the seafood or export industry. Strong knowledge of shrimp products and the global seafood market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel as needed.
