Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:



? Identify and pursue new export markets and customers.

? Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and direct customers.

? Manage a portfolio of existing export clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely delivery of orders.

? Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue in assigned regions.

? Meet export sales targets through strategic approaches.

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.

? Ensure compliance with trade regulations and manage export documentation.

Knowledge and Skill Required:



? Candidates with B.Tech or BE in electrical/mechanical/ or any other related field.

? 2-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the pump or industrial equipment sector.

? Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs processes, and export documentation.

? Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to travel internationally as required.
