Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Export Sales Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for the company's machine products.
• Research and analyze potential export markets to create a targeted approach for new business.
• Create and execute strategies to increase export sales in assigned regions.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all export-related inquiries and negotiations.
• Conduct meetings with overseas clients, both in person and virtually, to provide product presentations and resolve issues.
• Sales and Market Analysis:
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Order Processing & Coordination:
• Ensure timely processing of international orders, including coordination with the production, logistics, and shipping departments.
• Oversee all documentation related to international exports, including sales contracts, proformas, commercial invoices, and shipping documents.
• Product Knowledge & Training:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, features, and technical specifications.
• Educate clients on product applications and provide technical support as needed.
• Organize product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Travel & Networking:
• Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company's products and enhance the company's visibility in target markets.
• Stay up to date with export regulations, compliance, and tariffs related to specific countries.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the machine manufacturing industry or a related sector.
• Experience in handling international sales, export documentation, and shipping processes.
• Skills Required:
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is essential for communication with international clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product details in a clear, client-friendly manner.
• Experience with international trade compliance and contract management.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
