Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Export Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the Jute/Garment industry and a proven track record of successfully managing export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with overseas buyers to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of shipments

- Prepare and send export documentation, such as commercial invoices and packing lists

- Liaise with internal teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth export operations

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with buyers

- Ensure compliance with export regulations and laws

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in export merchandising in the Jute/Garment industry

- Bachelor's degree

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Proficient in MS Office and export documentation software
