Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Merchandiser at Navrattan Enterprises located in Karol Bagh. The Export Merchandiser will be responsible for handling all aspects of exporting jewelry products, including coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery, negotiating prices, and managing inventory. The Export Merchandiser will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to clients.

Required -Minimum 2-3 Yrs in Export house.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. You will be the single point of contact for all your buyers and will communicate with overseas buyers via email, telephone and meetings.

2. You will resolve buyers' all queries related with developments, sampling, approvals, order confirmation, production and dispatch.

3. You will manage payments and account receivables from customers.

4. You will take instructions from buyers on sample and bulk orders and give clear instructions to all departments concerned.

5. You will travel to domestic and international exhibitions.

6. Candidates with good English Communication Skills should apply.

7. Candidates with good MS Office Skills especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint should apply.

8. Candidates with export experience will be preferred.

9. Candidates from Fashion Jewelry industry will be preferred.

Skills Required:

. Excellent customer service skills

. Marketing skills to promote products and brand awareness

. Knowledge of export regulations and procedures

. Dealing with the buyers experience is must

. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

. Fluent in English and Hindi language

. Experience in the jewelry/Fashion industry is a plus
