Job Title: Export Marketing Executive (Textile Sector) Location: Ring Road Surat Overview: We are seeking a skilled Export Marketing Executive with extensive experience in the textile sector. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in export documentation, export packing, shipment tracking, export clearance, excellent communication skills, English fluency, and the ability to effectively coordinate with foreign clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic export marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the textile industry.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipment scheduling, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and review export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customer specifications in export packing.
- Track shipment progress and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage export clearance procedures, including liaison with customs authorities and handling of related documentation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents through effective communication and professional interaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on export sales performance, market trends, and challenges.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Export Marketing Executive within the textile sector, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of export documentation, export packing methods, shipment tracking tools, and export clearance procedures.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to effectively coordinate with international clients and stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP software is preferred.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
