Export Manager Location: Noida (Export Manager) 1. Business Network Expansion- generate new Export leads by making telephonic calls or e-correspondences and developing International Sales Channels. 2. Assist & guide the customer in product and quality selection & quoting competitive prices to close a deal. 3. Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance with all certification policies and procedures as per the importing country norms. 4. Monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions. 5. Manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries. 6. Ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within the required timeframe. 7. Coordinate with freight forwarders/CHAs to schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation methods in assistance with customers. 8. Manage all banking logistics for export activities, prepare required documents, and ensure adherence to all shipping schedules. 9. Maintain proper records of all enquiries and do regular follow-ups to generate new or repeat business. 10. Keep routine updating/maintenance of records and build customer data. 11. Coordinate & get the contract made with complete terms & conditions like shipment 12. schedule, Inspection, payment terms etc. 13. Follow up with the buyer for release of payment as per contract and Ensure payment security receipt on time. 14. Take every possible step to ensure that the customer is not only happy but is delighted with the service & coordinating with him regularly. 15. Correspondence with Buyer as per Instruction given by Senior Management. 16. Sending Samples to Buyers with all the Export formalities, Brochures, Catalogues Etc. 17. Coordinate with the production department to finish the production within deadlines. 18. Offer best prices (SCO/FCO/SPA) to the buyer as per their choice (FOB, C&F, CIF). 19. Making Performa/Contracts and sending it to the buyer for acceptance as per the mutually agreed terms. 20. Handle execution & deliverance of contracts to the satisfaction of all involved departments.
