- Communication: Draft and manage professional correspondence and documentation for export transactions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in international markets.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation requirements, and company policies.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate export processes, including logistics, shipping, and customs.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with fluency in drafting professional emails and correspondence.
- Proficient in computer applications and export documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling international clients and understanding of global market trends.
