The EXIM Assistant will support the export and import operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating smooth logistics processes. This role involves coordination with various departments, vendors, and customs authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and processing import/export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues related to logistics or customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Support the EXIM team in conducting market research and analyzing trade trends.
• Assist in preparing reports related to import/export activities.
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
