Required FEMALE CANDIDATES for the position in EXIM department Should be Graduate Import/Export Assistant (EXIM / Logistics) Import Related Tasks: Daily import tracker updation, import checklist approvals, regular import department MDI report preparation, arranging duty payments/IGCRD intimations for import clearance, SAP input tool updation with BOE data. Export Related Tasks: Daily Export Tracker updation, arranging COO from Goa chamber of commerce portal, UPS label creation. Other Tasks: Freight/Duty/COO bills tracker updation and submission to finance, monthly KPI report preparation along with issues to be tackled and improvements, export/import/shipping bill/bill of entry documents filing and uploading in respective folders for records and finance purpose, clerical work ( courier documents to customers/freight forwarder/CHA and preparation of letters required for import & export purpose), daily follow up with queries like documents amendment, revision on checklists etc, Input Tax Credit (ITC)/GSTR 3B file preparation for monthly tax refund.
