Responsibilities: Preparing Import-Export documentations i.e. Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO). Approvals of labels, BL, draft shipping bills, draft Insurance and any other documentations. i.e. Dual NOC, Fumigation Certificate, Phyto certificate or third-party Lab. Test. Liaison with to port the authority EIA or any department of Government of India. Communicate with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements. i.e. DGFT, ICEGATE, and agricultural authorities. Registration/renewal of licenses or registrations and filing regular returns online to specific authority. Co-ordinating with banks to open and drafting LC in time, to submit in EDPMS for EBRC and to release Forex Payment or documents or making outward remittances. Preparing agreements i.e. Sale-Purchase Agreement, Distributor Agreement, Job Work Agreement, White Labelling Agreement etc. Arranging for end-to-end logistics from intercontinental to intercity and supply chain management. Taking Ocean freight with other charges from different CHAs for comparison. Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing. And taking follow ups regarding shipments. Official visit to CFS or Port for resolution of problem during customs processing. Manage, schedule and track the order for Import & Export of goods. Proceed for export incentive or any import scheme or duty refund. Floating enquiries for importing the raw materials and machineries from the vendors as per requirements of user departments. Preparing purchase orders and labels. Authenticate and profiling of the supplier or customer. Communicate with the different organization for checking genuineness of the supplier or customer. Quoting in Auction and RFQ submission. Qualifications Should be graduate from UG certified University must have 3-6 years work experience in similar field Should have a good knowledge of HSN code, BOE filing and checklist Key Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft BC/ERP and web browsers Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with past experience in handling customers/clients over calls and emails Multi-Tasking skills Knowledge of logistics supply chain management procedures and operations preferable
