Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet international quality standards and customer specifications. Oversee the inspection and certification process for organic products.
Client Relations:
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on orders, and resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export operations, preferably within the organic food or agricultural sector.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, and international trade laws. Familiarity with organic certification processes is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using export management software and tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
