ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Exploring new business avenues for long-term revenue growth & maintaining relationships with key international clients, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
? Responsible for new client acquisition through daily basis contact with clients by phone call and mail & generating sales from the same.
? Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
? Market Research, Product development
? Promotions. Advertisements, Social media marketing content writing, and blogs
? Spearheading marketing activities for international segments.
? Communicating with clients to understand their specific requirements to enhance product sales.
? Preparing daily work report and maintain of export related files.
? Complete knowledge of export documentation and process.
? Strong understanding of commercial markets and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
COMPETENCIES:
? Knowledge of International Business Development.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Advanced skill in Excel, PPT and Microsoft word.
