xefx83xbc Getting Design approvals done from customers and ensuring compliance by operations team
xefx83xbc Liasoning with customer & finance team for Customer Payment remittance & Receipt
Documentation: -
xefx83xbc Creating Pre-shipment documents such as purchase orders, proforma Invoice & coordinating with
International customer for finalization as per agreed terms and payment compliances.
xefx83xbc Order release to operations as per requirements of market for execution of order as market
requirement and adherence by operations team.
xefx83xbc Getting Design approvals done from notebooks approved from customers and ensuring compliance
by operations team.
xefx83xbc Checking LCs, BGs, customer payment proof and re-conciliation with accounts for order
finalization
xefx83xbc Coordination with logistics team for placement of trucks for movement of Stocks to port and
finance team for SAP pricing/credit limit updating as per timelines agreed.
xefx83xbc Coordinating with CHA, shipping companies for freight & shipment scheduling formalities &
inspection agencies as per market requirement.
xefx83xbc Sales order posting in SAP.
xefx83xbc Cross-functional coordination to prepare smooth shipment dispatch
xefx83xbc Preparing Pre-shipment customs documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, etc.)
xefx83xbc Conversant with Incentives, custom formalities & exports trade nuances, Inco-terms
Post shipment Formalities: -
xefx83xbc Preparing post shipment documents.Commercial Executive- Exports Page 2 of 2
xefx83xbc Liasoning with internal Logistics and Finance team for timely completion of Post Shipment
documentation
xefx83xbc Liaising with bank & completing post shipment formalities and ensuring documents are dispatched
on time
