We are hiring for one of our leading clients.Our client leading manufacturing for Pyrazolines, crucial intermediates for pigments, and their office located at Vatva GIDC Ahmedabad.Please find job details:Position: Export documentation specialistExperience: 1 to 3 yearsSalary : 18000 to 25000Office Time: 10:00am - 6:30pm (6 days week Sunday off)Job Role:Prepare Export Documentation:

• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for export documents.
• Generate and verify accuracy of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required export documents.
• Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Customs Compliance:

• Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate customs clearance processes.
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade laws to ensure compliance.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to documentation and customs clearance.

Shipment Coordination:

• Arrange and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to optimize logistics.

Communication and Coordination:

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide necessary documentation support.

Requisite Skills:

• Advance Excel for MIS reports
• Knowledge of Prevailing Custom Rules and Regulations
• Should be willing to travel occasionally to the port
• Should be systematic in document filing

Desired Skills:

• Good Verbal & Written communication.
• Having experience of functional ERP
• Negotiation Skills
