Job description

• Goods experience and knowledge in 100% EOU, SEZ and Customs rules & regulations and compliances.
• Solicit timely permission from SEZ / Customs authorities in relation to bonding & de-bonding of goods.
• Coordinating with Forwarder and CHA for all customs clearance, Bill of Entry verification / resolving queries raised by custom if any and cost efficient.
• Good knowledge about Indian foreign trade policies & practices and custom, DGFT rules and notifications.
• Updation of Customs Bond registers and ensuring timely closure of IDPMS, EDPMS and ORMs.
• Knowledge of Banking & LC documentation and Procedure to processing E-BRCs.
• Good understand EOU & DTA documentation requirements with practical working experience.
• Good at Planning, Reviewing & Execution of Import and Export shipments.
• In-depth Pre-shipment & Post-Shipment documentation knowledge.
• DGFT & SEZ co-ordination on RoDTEP, Advance Authorisation & EPCG Licensing
• Good at self-correspondence, & team management to handle the team size of 7 persons.
• Knowledge of HSN, Invoice creation, E-way bills.
• Ability to represent before Customs authorities.
• Computer knowledge Good in excel & MS office.
• Submission of Documents to A.O. for Outbound Bill of Entry filing & securing pass-out
• E-Mandate generation for duty payment and instructions to customers to make payments.
• Creation of Invoices Export shipments, High-sea sales, Merchant Trading transaction, Service invoice, DTA invoice, EOU invoice, SEZ Zone to Zone invoice creation, Intra SEZ invoice creation

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
