•Key Responsibilities:•
- Handle inbound queries via telephone calls from prospects, clients, and dealers.
- Draft email responses for business correspondence, including customer inquiries and logistics.
- Prepare commercial documents such as proforma and final invoices, billing documents, packing lists, and quotations for both local and export orders.
- Coordinate with local and international clients on order dispatch and documentation requirements.
•Qualifications:•
- •Graduate• in Commerce or Arts.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (experience in export-oriented documentation preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in •Microsoft Office• (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
