Position: Export Coordinator
Location: Corporate Office, Andheri (E), Mumbai
Reporting to: Director - Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer and Shipping Agency Correspondence:
• Independently manage communications with customers, prospects, and shipping agencies.
• Quotation and Documentation Management:
• Prepare quotations and proforma invoices.
• Handle all export documentation and bank formalities.
• Ensure thorough follow-up throughout the export process and generate necessary reports.
• Operational Coordination:
• Facilitate dynamic coordination and liaison with plants, shipping agencies, and customers.
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• E-commerce Assignments:
• Undertake e-commerce related tasks as assigned by the Managing Director and other Directors.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pre and post-shipment documentation.
• In-depth understanding of export documentation processes.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in export coordination and documentation.
• Ability to manage independent correspondence with various stakeholders.
• Readiness to travel internationally for business development.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
