Job Responsibilities:- ? Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries. ? Inform customer about the Dispatch. ? Order follow up and Dispatch update. ? Cold calling. ? Payment Reminder. ? Reporting & Analysis. ? Follow up with incoming leads. ? Responding to Emails and Answering and returning phone calls behalf of Manager. ? Skills required:- ? Result oriented. ? Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills. ? Payment Follow up skill. ? Good with Calculation. ? Good to work independently. ? Pleasing personality. ? Good communication skill. ? Good Command on MS Office and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
