We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are eager to learn the supply chain/ logistics business and deliver unparalleled customer service for a strong organization that is in a tremendous growth mode.
Looking for an experienced person who has Freight forwarding background experience.
For India office time Full-time job 9 to 6
For USA office time Full- time job 6.30 pm to 2.30 pm.
Responsibilities:
Freight forwarding background experience.
Export & Import documentation.
Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
Learn all aspects of logistics/ exports/ Imports
Prepare documents and invoices
Perform data entry
Logistics Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Proficiency with computer applications
Dynamic customer rapport; professional
Basic accounting knowledge
Sound troubleshooting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
