The Expert will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of SQL Server based applications. This "hands-on" position requires solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, designing, and maintaining complex SQL Server databases.
• Writing efficient and optimized queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and support database infrastructure.
• Participating in the complete software development life cycle (SDLC).


In addition, the Expert should possess strong client liaison skills, including:

• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements, and understand client needs.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and aligning technical solutions accordingly.


Additionally, the Expert should be adept at independently analyzing, solving, and correcting issues in real time, refining and automating regular processes, and providing 24x7 support for critical production systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce/Science/ Computer Science/ Business Information Systems or IT
• Minimum experience of 5 - 7 years and above in operations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders within and outside of Operations
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to work within a cross-functional team
• Project management skills - ability to accurately scope project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations
