Our client in Fast Moving Electrical Goods is looking for an HRBP. The job will be based out of Noida. Its a 5 days working from the office.
- The candidate should have experience in Talent Management, Comp & Ben, Change Management, Strategic Talent Acquisition, L&D, Performance Management and HR Engagement.
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience as a senior business partner, including rotations thru specialty areas of HR to include HRBP for P&L organizations and Consumer sector organizations.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations; may lead projects across departments or areas with a variety of resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stay focused on the strategic objectives while addressing/responding to short term needs.
- An understanding of how to shift the talent landscape through effective workforce planning, succession planning, talent attraction, employee retention, and learning & development initiatives.
- Willing and able to travel for business requirement.
