As an Expert within the Talent Management (Recruitment) team, you will have full project ownership, ensuring that our end customer receives a great product.What you\'ll deliver:

  • Work to team plan & deliver your tasks on-time & within budget
  • Evaluate your work progress to the plan and make required course corrections
  • Manage and execute and refine \'recruitment strategy\' aligned to companies strategic direction.
  • Manage and execute the processes that source diverse talent for both immediate demand and future pipelines
  • Conduct analysis of data from labour market intelligence to advise business on recruiting decisions and gain insights
  • Create and improve job descriptions in line with changes in internal and wider job market skills requirements
  • Implement and improve candidate assessments and interview practices to pick out highest potential
  • Present and deliver a comprehensive induction program for new team members in all functions
  • Manage strong communication, analysis and people-reading skills within the Talent Management function
  • Optimised document and record generation to make QMS "Fun to Use" for the team
  • Successful internal audit, external audit, supplier audit reports and health & Safety records
  • Performance evaluation and improvement process management and execution
  • Support swift resolution of non-conformance to minimise impact on project objectives
  • Guide fellow team members to deliver \'right first time\' & \'on time in full\'
  • Understand project goals and objectives and complete your task within budget
  • Support development of standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices
  • Follow function\'s performance and improvement processes in your work
  • Implement lean & 5S visual work environment principles in processes
  • Align your work to meet your KPIs to achieve your growth goals
  • Support internal audit & evaluate KPI trend and implement required course corrections
  • Support onboarding of new team members
  • Refine learning material & lead discussion forums
  • Make your structured learning program and enhance your skills & knowledge
  • Make & implement your performance & economic growth plan
What you\'ll need:
  • Passion for our Vision: Transform Manufacturing
  • 6+ years of total working experience in related domain
  • In-depth domain knowledge gained at an education institution or self-learnt
  • High standard of written and verbal communication, when interacting with candidates or internal members
  • Natural sense of urgency, a keen eye for analysis, a personable character and a highly organised work habit
  • Refined understanding of employment laws, regulations and practices to draft legal documents and contracts
  • Ability in building strong networks to gauge and proactively track market intelligence and trends.
  • Effective relationship building and stakeholder management across all levels of seniority.
  • Refined knowledge of quality management systems and ISO9001/AS9100 standards
  • Refined understanding of lean & six sigma principles
  • Refined knowledge of engineering fundamentals and emerging technologies
  • Refined knowledge of risk identification and it\'s management and mitigation actions
  • Flexibility to go beyond normal work hours in time of need and support other functions
Must have:

  • Experience in hiring for engineering firm focused positions
  • Experience in using applicant tracking and assessment systems like Zoho , Workday etc.
  • Experience of working with leading ERP software like - Epicor / SAP / NetSuite
