In one sentence Be the key engineer to design/draft the copper/fiber network as per customer standards by maintaining the quality. Guide and support to the team and work as a team player. What will your job look like Performs QC as per guidelines and provide the constructive feedback to the team. Update the guidelines, provide constructive feedback, and conduct training session to the team on regular time interval to improve team quality. Provide support to the drafting team members for the queries and resolution by giving solution internally or after having discussion with the customer. Take ownership, set the priorities, support daily deliverables, and deliver quality product to the customer. Should be able to support Technical POC as per requirements Onboard other QC members on single platforms and support to build new QC. All you need is...
