team capable of mechanical and fluid system design, development and validation. To achieve this an
experienced Expert Engineer, capable of understanding fundamentals of design, development and its
validation process, strategy and method for optimizing CQT parameters.A Day in the life\xef\x82\xb7 1D simulation of various engine systems to enable conceptual/definitive understanding of function and capability. This can include; valvetrain, rotating & reciprocating systems (crankshaft/connecting rod/piston/bearings), balancing systems, and the ability to select technology types, and to ensure reliability and durability of systems analyses.\xef\x82\xb7 3D simulation of various engine systems to enable conceptual/definitive understanding of function and capability. This can include; cylinder heads, cylinder blocks/crankcases, valvetrain, rotating & reciprocating systems (crankshaft/connecting rod/piston/bearings), balancing systems, and the ability to select technology types, and to ensure reliability and durability of systems analyses.\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to lead and develop a small team of engineers focused on \'best in class\' delivery.\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge and application capability for standardized toolsets for engine & transmission deliverables. Examples could include; GT-Suite, ANSYS, ADAMS, AVL & Ricardo toolsets.\xef\x82\xb7 Execute all design and validation tasks at highest quality and expertise\xef\x82\xb7 Support building design and validation guideline / processes based on requirements.\xef\x82\xb7 Creation of Product Technical Specifications, Design Review, DFMEA, and DVP reporting.\xef\x82\xb7 RCA , 8D knowledge and application\xef\x82\xb7 Providing training, Guidance, motivation and develop the team and sub-ordinates.\xef\x82\xb7 Support to various documentations preparation, its Revision, defining SOPs etc.\xef\x82\xb7 Goal setting, Mid-year, Final year review of performance targets of team membersAcademic Qualification & ExperienceB. Tech. / M. Tech.Technical Skills/KnowledgeExperience in 2W/4W 1D; 3D simulation of thermal & structural analysis
Understanding and application of standard Design processes inclusive of;
Product Specification, Design Review, DFMEA, DVP & Product
