Job Description


1/ Main missions

- Manage efficient delivery of the regular RUN Releases and future Evolution of existing and new functionalities

- Drive Solution Enhancement Related Projects

- Contribute to the management & prioritization of Ideas/Business Requirements from request to delivery

- Investigate and propose new features that may bring real business value

- Follow the Support Process to secure the right level of solution knowledge is available to the Support team

- Investigate and propose new features to secure efficiency and constant evolution in alignment with company\xe2\x80\x99s digital journey

2/ Responsibilities

The Solution Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the analysis, design and delivery of Ideas/Business Requirements related to the Customer Support bFO Application.

Ensures the delivery of regular Releases as well as the constant evolution of existing features and/or future enhancements

- Drives the Functional Analysis and Design of Business Requirements

- Drives the Release/Project Design Sessions

- Collaborates with the Technical Solution Analyst during the Functional Analysis stages and relies on his technical expertise during the Design Phase of every Release/Project

- Delivers the Functional Specification Document

- Collaborates closely with the technical delivery team during the Build Phase by scheduling and animating regular due Build Reviews

- Contributes to the User Acceptance Test Sessions by securing that all identified gaps and bugs are addressed

- Collaborates closely with the Training Specialist and the Network of Excellence Manager as well as the Customer Support Community Manager to ensure due Release communication content

- Collaborates with the QA Team to ensure Regression Testing activities are duly executed; ensures that new developed functionalities are included in the non Regression test Package for future Releases

- Supports the Technical Solution Analyst during the Analysis phase of Critical Incidents with functional input when/if required

- Drives the regular Functional Analysis of new Ideas/Business Requirements under review and collaborates with the Solution technical Analyst to understand technical compliance and feasibility

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.

Work experience in IT: 4+ years as a scrum master or in a similar role.

  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
  • Experience with Agile and agile artifacts (sprints, JIRA, product backlog, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM;
  • Previous Experience or Knowledge/ Certification on Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
  • Knowledge on software development processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and dynamic
