Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Web Graphic, UX/UI Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles, and expertise in creating high-fidelity user interfaces (UI) using Figma. You will be responsible for designing and improving the overall user experience across our digital platforms, ensuring that our products are not only functional but also aesthetically engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop: Create visually stunning and user-friendly web designs that meet the needs of our clients and users.
• User Experience (UX): Conduct user research, develop user personas, and design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that enhance the overall user experience.
• User Interface (UI): Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
• Graphic Design: Design graphics, icons, and other visual elements for web and mobile interfaces.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in web design, UX/UI, and Figma to continuously improve and innovate design practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web graphic design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Figma is required. Experience with other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web graphic design, UX/UI, and your ability to create user-centered designs.
• Skills: Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
