Conferencing provides users with the ability to easily access information, applications, tools, and social connections within a single website. Portal sites unify relevant content from multiple sources into a single, secure, highly visual and easily managed site Position Responsibilities: A successful candidate performs product and component management to ensure technical viability and cost-effectiveness from the point where it is evaluated through implementation and support, to retirement. Technical experience is needed to help business partners and others by answering technical questions regarding the usage, trouble-shooting and functionality of conferencing products to ensure effective implementation and usage of products. Applies knowledge of computing systems to choose appropriate troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, escalated conferencing problems.
