Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace.Boeing India is currently seeking an \xe2\x80\x9cExperienced System Design and Integration Specialist\xe2\x80\x9d to join the Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP).Position Responsibilities:

• Development and Design within the GSEP program using ServiceNow platform capabilities including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and DevOps
• Provide technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical problems
• Communicate across multiple teams, organizations, and leaders to effectively articulate business goals and objectives
• Identify, recommend, and implement development standards
• Document information such as configuration and implementation following process and design standards
• Use Agile and Kanban best practices through Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• To be Successful in this role, you should have the following skills & knowledge

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• ServiceNow development experience
• Firm understanding of business rules and how they are applied to enterprise solutions
• Following, enhancing and deploying development standards and best practices
• Analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize and analyze data and patterns within team
• AGILE and SAFe best practices
• Ability to communicate across multiple teams, service owners, and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated initiative, eager to learn, adaptable, and fundamental understanding of how IT application systems operate

Desired:

• AGILE Development skills, ServiceNow Development Experience, Team Foundation Service (TFS),JavaScript.
• ServiceNow experience, Team Foundation Server (TFS), cloud experience, analyzing business requirements, virtual team experience

Typical Education and Experience:Typically 8-12 years related work experience or relevant military experience.
