Experienced Staff Nurse
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ward staff nurse. The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and administering nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. This includes administering medications, performing clinical procedures, and closely monitoring patients' conditions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with the healthcare team. The nurse will work collaboratively with doctors, specialists, and fellow nurses to deliver seamless care, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
