About Us: We are in search of an experienced Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in the success of Lynk Metals, a leading supplier to metallurgical industries. This position is crucial for driving pan India sales within the B2B sector, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil and will have a robust background in B2B sales, exceptional data analysis skills, and strong leadership abilities. This role will focus on driving sales across the South India region, with a preference for candidates with pan India sales experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the South India region.
  • Manage and lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve performance goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
  • Present and demonstrate products to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the metal industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Well-presented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is essential.
  • Experience in handling a team and managing a sales region is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in pan India sales.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
