Real Estate Sales() 1.Daily follow up of new leads and scheduled follow up 2.Site visit conduct 3.Project Presentation 4.Post Visit Follow up 5.BTL Activity 6.Closing of Sales 7.Post Sales coordination 8.Maintain all necessary data related to job role Criteria for the Realty Sales 1.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales 2.Well aware of the current facts of Real Estate market 3.Familiar to Word,Excel,Power Point for report preparation 4.Familiar to Rajarhat/NewTown and Madhyamgram area 5.Good Communication skill(Speak/Read/Write). Salary Range: 25k to 35k with other perk and benefit plus lucrative incentives Work Days: Mon-Sat Workings Hours: 10am to 7pm Gender: MALE Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 937,402.94 per month Benefits:
