Boeing ecommerce team is currently looking for \xe2\x80\x9cExperienced Product Owner\xe2\x80\x9d to join their team in Bangalore IN, India. The Product Owner for IT Communication will be responsible leading team members to drive prioritization and execution of the backlog as well as supporting the Product Managers strategic direction for infrastructure, products and services.
The Product Owner is required to interface directly with IT stakeholders and act as a domestic and international consultant to IT business partners, internal customers, teammates, and other IT Product owners. The Product Owner will play an active role in influencing internal teams and processes to ensure products and services are delivered according to plan.

Position Responsibilities:

• Tool Management:

o Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the user sentiment tool.
o - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the tool\'s integration with relevant systems and platforms.
o - Monitor the tool\'s performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors for necessary updates or enhancements.

• Sentiment Analysis:

o - Conduct sentiment analysis on user-generated content, including customer feedback, reviews, and social media posts.
o Utilize the sentiment analysis tool to extract sentiment scores and insights from textual data.
o Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the tool\'s capabilities and limitations.

• Data Interpretation and Reporting :

o Analyze sentiment analysis results to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas of improvement.
o Generate clear and concise reports summarizing key findings and actionable recommendations for relevant stakeholders.
o Present findings to internal teams, including product managers, marketing teams, and customer support, to drive informed decision-making.

• Feedback Loop Improvement:

o Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the feedback collection process to improve the accuracy and relevance of sentiment analysis results.
o Provide guidance and recommendations for integrating user sentiment insights into product development and enhancement strategies.

• Industry Research:

o Stay updated on the latest advancements in sentiment analysis techniques and tools.
o Conduct research to identify emerging trends in user sentiment analysis and propose innovative solutions to enhance the tool\'s capabilities.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through sophisticated education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 to 12 years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 8 to 11 years\' related work experience.
