The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing user-friendly and visually stunning digital experiences using Figma. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.

Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and style guides to support development teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.

Ensure design consistency and maintain brand guidelines across all projects.

Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the user experience.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Provide support and guidance to junior designers as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX or Figma Designer.

Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong portfolio showcasing your work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs for web and mobile platforms.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
