What you'll be doing:

• Reviewing, modifying and improving business applications through testing, debugging and documenting.
• Collaborating with business users and development partners to understand the defects and its solution - then validate those solutions meet business needs with a high degree of quality
• Preparing documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, stability studies, corrective actions and re-validations
• Ensuring performance, defects and user reported issues are being captured and analyzed
• Working with internal partners to understand and document defects or system issues.
• Creating test cases, develop, gather and manage test data based on production defects.
• Executing tests to validate reported defects and advice on impact, risks and possible resolutions
• Advising on resolutions regarding defects, system issues or design flaws based on feedback from internal partners like the VOC team.
• Reviewing of alert reports. Escalate new issues. Follow up on reported issues.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we're looking for:


You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree with four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Four of more years of experience in software/systems testing in multiple environments. Must have testing experience in mobile technologies.
• Two or more years of experience in the Digital Ecommerce domain.
• Ability to interact effectively with internal business teams, at different levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, as needed, to address production releases and validation.


Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A master's degree.
• Extensive experience working in an onshore/offshore matrixed organization.
• Google G-Suite experience.
• JIRA and Confluence experience.
