In this role, you will be a multi-disciplinary team of designers, user researchers, product and engineers creating products and services for our customers. This role requires an extensive understanding of experience design for digital products and services with a focus on B2B. A balances understanding of strategy, user research, and visual design is a must.Job responsibilities:

  • Define product design strategy.
  • Drive and deliver engaging, thoughtful customer- focused design solutions to complex problems and shaping the next generation B2B customer focused products and services.
  • Deliver appropriate design artifacts spanning across all project phases, from concept development and design to production phases, from concept development and design to production and documentation in a timely manner and efficient execution(e.g. user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, user research, usability testing, specs and guidelines).
  • Use customers insights and data to inform and iterate design solutions
  • Drive and support user research initiatives and lead stakeholder and design workshops
  • Have a clear understanding of the business drivers behind product goals
  • Contribute proactively to deign systems and other design toolkits and ensure deliverables are consistent with the design systems.
  • Work closely with other disciplines to understand and provide feedback to design context and research
  • Mentor and manage junior designers
  • Work closely and present your work to team members, stakeholders, product and engineering teams to ensure that solutions and requirements are clearly communicated, agreed and implemented as specified.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Solid hands-on experience in roles such as Senior or Lead product/UX designer(experience in B2B applications preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes, user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, user research, usability testing and other deliverables.
  • Experience of using data and customer insights to inform design decisions.
  • Effective communication of design solutions and the ability to articulate the value of the design process in the development of products and services.
  • Experience of mentoring and manage junior designers
  • Awareness and practical understanding of current technologies and their application and relevance to digital experiences
  • Ability to develop and sustain effective and cooperative working relationships with peers, managers and other internal or external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with modern design systems, prototyping software and design tools(we use Figma) and comfortable prototyping and designing at different levels of fidelity.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team- oriented, cross functional environment.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Design, HCL, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Experience in the Atlassian suite of software(Jira & Confluence) is desirable)
  • Experience with B2B applications preferred.
